In this role, she is dedicated to providing exceptional service to students and families by assisting with financial aid processes, maintaining accurate student records, supporting document verification and compliance, and responding to inquiries regarding financial aid programs and eligibility.
LaKisha brings a strong background in office administration and customer service to her position. Her previous experience as an Office Manager strengthened her skills in organizational leadership, operations management, and problem-solving, while her extensive customer service experience has equipped her with the ability to build positive relationships and provide compassionate, solution-focused support.
She is committed to helping students navigate the financial aid process with confidence and ensuring they receive timely, professional assistance throughout their educational journey.
